KVN Heating and Air was founded by Noel Speranza. He took his knowledge, passion and expertise, and slowly built a company based on values and an exceptional work ethic. Today, KVN is known as one of the largest and most respected heating and air conditioning companies in the Southeast US and for its dedication to the industry and its community.

Since KVN's inception 15 years ago, we have grown to 200 employees and over 25 trucks, not including other vehicles, with hundreds of years of combined experience.

KVN has been honored by Carrier, earning the Certified Factory Authorized Dealer status. This means that when you call KVN, you are calling the home heating and cooling experts. Only those expert heating and air conditioning dealers, who meet Carrier's highest standards and scrutiny, earn the Certified Factory Authorized Dealer status.

In 2005 we were awarded Carriers Top 8 Award, which we received again for 3 consecutive years. By 2007 we were the only Florida dealer with 99% Customer Satisfaction rating.

As we grew we continued to extend the range of our services to meet the needs of our clients. This now includes the entire range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, boilers, generators, UV Light germicidal protection systems, high capacity air cleaners and specialty filters, award-winning air purification systems, duct cleaning and, of course, regular precision tune-up services, all of which extend the life span of the equipment, result in lower energy costs and assure you of the cleanest, freshest, purest air quality imaginable.

In addition, all our technicians are NATE certified, are required to participate actively in our ongoing weekly professional development programs as well as all of the training provided by manufacturers. The result is that you get the most competent and skilled system problem troubleshooting and resolution in the most effective manner.

Noel Speranza, KVN President, currently serves on the Sarasota County Mechanical Licensing Board. KVN is also a member of Manatee Air-Conditioning Contractors Association, Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.
