Additional Terms and Conditions of Maintenance Agreement

1. KVN will provide prompt and efficient service but it is agreed that KVN shall in no event be liable for damages or losses arising out of performance of this agreement.
   
2. It is mutually agreed that this agreement does not cover electrical work beyond the units, or any work needed due to negligence, misuse of equipment, or because of fire, lightning, acts of God, shortage or failure of electrical supply, sabotage or vandalism.
   
3. KVN will provide labor and materials needed to complete the 20 point check, all other parts and labor needed to correct potential problems must be paid by the customer at the stated discount at the time of service.
   
4. During the course of unit operation, customer will be responsible for all normal maintenance above and beyond the maintenance includes, such as normal filter changes or filter cleaning monthly, drain line cleaning, etc.
   
5. KVN will assume no responsibility and this agreement will be null and void if equipment is serviced by anyone other than KVN.
   
6. It is mutually agreed that Thermostat Calibration and cleaning of evaporator coil are not covered by this agreement.
