Last week Mr. Victor Pace came to our house to provide service. He provided superior service, worked very hard in 90 degree heat, and was determined to provide a KVN service that would be up to your standard of excellence. Victor Pace is old school, takes care of the customer, does it right the first time, doesn't take the easy way but provides a high standard of service that fixes the problem even though it takes time. He is very knowledgeable and knows his air conditioning systems. Sally, my wife, is very disabled, moves only with a wheelchair and sleeps in the living room in a special chair.
